About Cindy
Cindy Lynch is a founding partner of Six20 Partners, a Predictive Index consulting practitioner with over 16 years of experience helping leaders get the best out of their people.
She didn’t start as a consultant; she started as a leader, responsible for results and people, without much guidance on how to do either well. Like most managers, she had to figure it out as she went. That experience drives her work today, and in 2019, she developed her Smart Leader program for newly promoted managers or managers who have never received formal training. While the environment and conditions change, the fundamentals of leadership remain the same.
Cindy understands what leaders are up against: unclear expectations, inconsistent management, and the pressure to deliver without a clear playbook. She also knows what they want: to feel confident in their decisions, to be consistent in how they lead, and to be supported by a team that performs.
Her approach is direct and practical. No theory. No fluff.
