Whether you are a new leader from outside the organization or promoted from within, this program is designed to give leaders the skills and tools they need to forge meaningful relationships with the people they lead by understanding the motivational needs and drives of each team member. Next, we help the manager to facilitate more effective 1:1s and Team Meetings.

While you didn't hire your managers to be psychologists, personalities do get in the way.

As of November 2022, there are two open jobs for every job seeker (US Labor Board). If that weren’t enough pressure, managers are expected to perform from day one, often in a business environment that is constantly reorganizing (people) and restructuring (financial).

We also understand companies could go broke using expensive consulting programs. Therefore, we have created the Leadership Effectiveness prgoram to be more affordable, faster & scalable for leaders below the CxO level.

How it works.

  • Know Yourself

    Leadership starts with self-awareness. Using an objective leadership assessment we will identify the strengths a new leader brings to the role. We also highlight potential cautions that may hinder new leaders and provide actionable tips to enable success.

  • Know Your Direct Reports

    Review the natural strengths of each direct report. You will receive a custom roadmap to best manage, motivate, delegate, and provide feedback to create a successful team faster. A framework for effective One:One meetings will be provided.

  • Know Your Team

    We will wrap up by giving the leader an overview of their new team’s work style and culture. This will identify team strengths and potential gaps that could put team goals at risk. An agenda for effective team meetings will be provided.
